A few end of the year reminders and information:
-No school on Monday for Memorial Day
-Tuesday: Professional sculptor, Wayne Trinklein, will visit second grade. Mr. Trinklein will talk to the students about being a professional artist. He will also bring in supplies to teach his craft and give students the opportunity to experiment with using copper.

http://waynetrinklein.com/-Wednesday is Jackson Pollock Day. Bring a change of clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting covered with paint. This will also be a no backpack day!
-Thursday's lunch recess will feature an ice-cream truck with peanut free, ice-cream treats for the kids to purchase. All treats are $1 or $2. We will be cleaning out desks on Thursday as well!
-Thursday Evening at 7pm is 8th grade graduation
-Friday is a no backpack day and we will dismiss at 10am
-Report Cards will be sent in the mail on Wednesday, June 3rd.
